When I first tried 9 drops i had a really strong vommiting followed by a strong diahrrea. At the nighly dose I went to 7 drops. Since then I have done 8 drops, which I should up to nine tonight. I could feel and see a episode of herpes coming, then I tried to apply the MMS locally (at the penis) without dissolving in water. Bad idea, it kind of burned the skin. Seems it was only superficially and it is recovering fast. The herpes has gone though : ) I don't recomment doing that, at least mix with water. I thought in mixing with the dmso. My dmso hasn't arrived yet, when it does and if the herpes still is a problem I will try it. Hey

This is the most detailed MMS diary I have found so far. I am glad that the MMS is helping you. Personally I found it too hard on the stomach, but it is great as a mouth wash and other topical uses.
